The slag loading machine commonly used in tunnel tunnels, also called rock loader, is now replaced by an excavating loader (bucket slag loading machine). It is required to be small in size, strong and durable, easy to operate, easy to walk in, high in production efficiency, continuous and non-stop operation, and safe and environmentally friendly. The slag loading machine (rock loader) can be run in three ways: tire type, rail type, and crawler type. According to the slag loading machine's arm type, it can be divided into: bucket type; crab claw type; standing claw type; bucket bucket type. The first three are gradually replaced by bucket buckets in construction practice. Intermittent can not be continuous, reciprocating inflexible, low working capacity, dust caused by unsafety, inhumane operation, small rock block requirements, limited slope and other defects.
The tire type slag loading machine is only suitable for the tiny machine type working in a space of 1.7 meters, and can only work on the roadway. Its disadvantage is that it easily slips, sags and tires in tunnels of water and soil surrounding rocks and hard surrounding rocks. The benefits are low, and the intensity of food consumption is small. Its advantage is that the slag is loaded in an ultra-small space, and the price is the cheapest but more cost-effective than artificial. The track-type slag skimmer is more suitable for supporting rail transportation, but its scope of work is limited, and the rails for laying are more difficult to work on the slope; its advantages are moderate price, high efficiency, and greater intensity of food consumption. It is expected to be large and numerous. The tracked slag loader combines all the above advantages and disadvantages, but the earlier investment is more expensive, but the efficiency can greatly double the cost of the construction period to the current lowest point.
